A gentler way to discover Ibiza and return to a sense of ease. One Day Retreat Ibiza offers a thoughtfully curated wellness experience, with options ranging from half-day retreats and floating sound baths to cacao ceremonies.

Mix & Meet (join solo or with a group)
Choose from short relaxation sessions such as Strength & Release, half-day retreats, or a cacao ceremony. These experiences are offered weekly in a group format through Mix & Meet.

Private (just you and your chosen circle)
All sessions can also be booked exclusively for your own group, including tailor-made retreats or a cacao ceremony with sound healing.

These experiences are especially suited to an external retreat, a conscious bachelorette, or a meaningful moment shared with loved ones.

The signature half-day retreats, The East and The West, are part of the Mix & Meet offering. Both combine meditation, slowing down, and different styles of yoga. The East begins with a hike to a truly special location, while The West ends with a sound healing session by the sea.
