This women’s retreat is an invitation to turn inward and reconnect with your inner wisdom. In a protected circle of women, you will explore what it means to feel rooted—in the body, in the heart, and in your truth.
Blending body, mind, and soul, the retreat weaves together yoga, Yin, meditation, coaching, rituals, and nature into a deeply immersive experience for women who want to remember who they are beyond roles and expectations. Together, we create a space that feels safe, mindful, and appreciative.
Here, you are welcome to arrive, let go, and realign with intention.

As a business psychologist (B.A.) and systemic coach (ICF), I support people in consciously shaping processes of change. I am fascinated by the strength that emerges when people connect with their values and resources and act from that inner clarity.

As a graduate educator with training in systemic counseling and family therapy (DGSF), as well as certifications in Hatha yoga (200H Yoga Alliance) and Yin yoga (32h), I combine therapeutic depth with mindful body-based work.
