Step away from the pace and pressure of everyday life and make space for breath, perspective, and inner freedom. This experience is designed to awaken the heart, uplift the soul, and create the kind of balance that feels both deeply restful and quietly transformative.
Spend 7 days in a blissful setting with Tracey, guided by meditation, pranayama, and soulful yoga flows. Through physical and mental inquiry, she invites you to reconnect with joy and rediscover the playful connection between head and heart. Meditation and mindfulness will be approached with a strong emphasis on self-love and inward reflection, while pranayama and sequenced asana practices help cultivate inner strength, release struggle, and move with greater ease. Come ready to bring your enthusiasm, your smile, and your willingness to have fun both on and off the mat.
This retreat is open to all levels, and will also include more challenging vinyasa flow classes.
