Join an intensive immersion in yoga asana and pranayama with Yoga mentor Nikhil Uthappa.

Over this 3-day workshop, Nikhil Uthappa will guide yoga teachers and enthusiasts through a focused exploration of the physical practice of asana and pranayama. The program moves from refining the foundations to learning techniques for more advanced postures, with dedicated sessions on back-bending asanas and the confidence-building practice of inversions such as pinch mayurasana. It is a chance to expand your skills, challenge yourself, and enjoy stepping beyond your comfort zone.

Known for his popular pranayama teaching, Nikhil offers a breathwork approach that is simple, practical, and highly effective. Throughout the workshop, participants will explore therapeutic pranayama techniques that can be integrated into daily life for stress relief and to support a steadier mind.

For yoga enthusiasts, this is a valuable opportunity to learn from a teacher who assisted Yogacharya Bharat Shetty, Founder of IndeaYoga Mysore, for more than 10 years. Since 2016, he has led and managed the teacher training programme at IndeaYoga, and he has taught internationally in Malaysia in 2017 and Europe in 2019. He has trained more than 1000 teachers and practitioners worldwide.

Nikhil’s calm and deeply encouraging teaching style is healing in itself. He has a remarkable ability to simplify complex poses and practices, making the learning experience both fun and joyful. With a strong emphasis on technique, breath, and alignment, his sessions help balance the body and bring the mind into stillness.

• 9am to 11am - The Quorum Club, Gurgaon
  An introductory vinyasa class focused on breath-led asana practice, building overall mobility and strength. Followed by pranayama.
  Followed by brunch at Cafe Reeds at The Quorum Club
  Price: 2000/- (inclusive of breakfast)
• 4pm to 6pm - SharanYoga Shala, Delhi
  An inversions and balancing asana intensive. Learn techniques for postures such as Sirsasana (Headstand), Pinch mayurasana (Forearm stand), and handstand drills. Build strength and stability through balancing asanas, followed by deep relaxation.

17th December, Sunday - SharanYoga shala, Delhi

• 10am to 12pm - Hip Mobility & Back bend intensive asana practice, followed by pranayama. In this session, participants will work on postures that release stiffness, reduce stress, and improve flexibility, along with stress-relief pranayama practices.
  Price: 1800/-

18th December, Monday - SharanYoga Shala, Delhi

• 7:30am to 9:30am - Ashtanga Vinyasa, a set sequence of postures where every movement is led by the Ujjayi breath.
  Price: 1600/-
