APU MYSTICA

Initiations with the four sacred Apus of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition.

This 10-day journey leads to Apu Ausangate, Apu Salkantay, Apu Pachatusan, and Apu Huanacari, and is designed as a path of transformation and illumination. It is intended to deepen and realign your soul’s purpose in service to Pachamama.

This is a sacred pilgrimage into the heart of the living intelligence and power of the mountain spirits of the Andes. It is for those who are ready to take the next step in their personal evolution and their planetary soul service.

The Apus are beings of light, star rulers, and ancient bodhisattvas who nourish and sustain all life within Pachamama. These mountain spirits offer the humble pilgrim insight, inspiration, and illumination for their soul mission. Through Ayni, the principle of sacred reciprocity, the calling of the heart pilgrim joins with that of the Apus.

Apu Mystica is an initiatory Ayni pilgrimage into the living mystery of the Andes. Expect your soul-led, life-inspired service to be deeply renewed through the expanded clarity of these powerful, enlightened beings. For initiates of the Pachakuti Mesa, these encounters are essential, as the Apus are considered elders of the tradition and carry the template of the medicine of the Paqokuna. They support the flow of Kamasqa, the universal life force, from Illa T’eqse Muyu Taytanchis Wiracocha Pachakamaq, the ever-radiant, ever-benevolent Great Mystery and source of all being. In this way, they help transform old stories about identity, community, and possibility. The Apus have always been places of illumination, reminding us to live the beauty we are. As we attune to these living forces, our soul service, personal medicine, and mission come into clearer view — and we become conscious guardians not only of our own lives, but also of our global family.

The purpose of this initiatory journey is:

• To immerse yourself in the beauty of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition and the Andean cosmovision.
• To strengthen, illuminate, uplift, renew, and consciously embody the essence of the true immortal self as a planetary guardian and activator of starseed consciousness.
• To visit the four principal protective Apus of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition and receive direct Karpay, or seed-form transmission, bringing these gifts back into your life, family, community, and culture.
• To learn from and build relationships with Q’ero elders, Andean Paqos, and wisdom carriers, as well as with the living spirit of the land in Peru’s Sacred Valley.
• To nourish the living multidimensional field of the Mesa with the Kallpa, the life force of the Apus, for expanded service, blessing, and alchemy.

This journey is not for the faint of heart. It asks for joyful steadiness, a willingness to accept what is, and a deep commitment to awakening your own unique medicine in service to the dawning age of Taripaypacha. It also includes travel at elevations above 14,000 feet, light to moderate hikes, and accommodations ranging from enchanting to rustic.

This 10-day odyssey of heart and spirit includes:

• A full day of ceremony and strengthening with Q’ero elders to open this journey of remembrance and empowerment.
• Heart-centered Andean guides and blessings, opening the sacred gates of these ancient places with the ceremonial wisdom of the Paqokuna. The journey is accompanied by the renowned Puma Q’espe of Chinchero and his family.
• A deep community ceremony with the Cactus of the Four Winds.
• Experienced, heartfelt support and loving guidance throughout the journey, including group process, sharing, and teaching for a successful experience.
• A guided journey led by Pachakuti Mesa-recognized teachers Robin Flynn and Darcy Kopas.
• All accommodations are shared.

10-Day Journey Itinerary (subject to change):

• Day 1 - Arrival in Cusco and settling into our warm, beautiful guesthouse with a festive dinner.
• Day 2 - Opening ceremony with Q’ero elder don Sebastine in the celebrated beauty of Chinchero at the home of Puma Q’espe.
• Day 3 - Travel to the sacred temple of Qoricancha in Cusco, then continue in the afternoon to Apu Huanacari.
• Day 4 - Early departure and drive to Apu Salkantay with an overnight stay.
• Day 5 - Depart Salkantay for Cusco and overnight in Cusco.
• Day 6 - Morning drive to the village of Pisaq and our lodging there. In the afternoon, visit the Señor de Huanca shrine at Apu Pachautasan.
• Day 7 - Journey to Apu Ausangate. In the afternoon, time for hot springs, food, and a despacho.
• Day 8 - Hike or horseback ride to the base of Ausangate and the Otorango Lakes for a full day of ceremony, community, and direct encounter. Return to the village for much-needed rest and regeneration, with optional bathing.
• Day 9 - Return to Pisaq for an afternoon of rest and integration.
• Day 10 - Closing circle and departure by 2:00 PM.
