Yoga Alliance Certification: International standard for yoga teachers. Hatha Yogashram is a non-profit organization that sets standards for yoga teacher training and certifies teachers who meet them.
Food and Accommodation: The school aims to create a safe, disease-free environment. Meals follow a sattvic diet, prepared without garlic or onions, and a class on sattvic food preparation is included. Accommodation is simple and comfortable, with private and shared rooms, each offering a separate balcony and mountain views.
Prerequisites: Strong self-motivation, discipline, and purity are required. Students must attend all spiritual activities, meditation sessions, lectures, and asana classes. Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and nudity are not allowed during the course. Those who do not follow the school rules may be dismissed.
Rules for Students: Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited. If you plan to fast, inform the kitchen manager in advance. Respect teachers, stay disciplined, arrive on time, settle your accounts before departure, and return any borrowed books, maps, or other items. Accommodation is provided only for enrolled students; friends and relatives may stay only by renting another room. Attendance at all scheduled programs is required.
Refund Policy: Advance course fees are non-refundable. In emergencies, students may join another schedule. If a student cancels after joining, cancellation is accepted, but fees are not refunded. There is no cancellation charge.
