PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This restorative weekend offers women time and space to simply be. Through guided meditation, shared reflection, and healing rituals, you’ll be supported in letting go of old patterns and opening to greater peace, ease, and clarity.

Release Energetic and Emotional Blockages: Take part in cleansing and clearing practices, including a Fire Releasing Ceremony, designed to help transform heavy energy and leave you feeling lighter.
Embrace Deep Rest for the Body and Nervous System: Experience yoga nidra, or deep rest, along with sound healing using Himalayan Singing Bowls and other instruments to encourage calm and relaxation.
Recalibrate Your Inner Landscape: Align your intentions with the person you are becoming through intention-setting, journaling, and self-reflection.
Meditational Movement: Reset your mind, body, and soul with mindful walking in a beautiful natural setting.
Sense of Belonging: Explore connection with your ancestral lineage, even if you have never practiced this before or know little about your origins. Various practices will help you receive guidance and insight from your ancestors.
Revel in a Safe and Supportive Women's Community: Experience the unique healing that can arise when women gather together, especially on sacred land and away from daily noise.
