Yingxing Wang grew up in China during the cultural revolution and later founded Eastover Estate and Eco-Village about ten years ago, creating a space dedicated to self-healing and supporting the healing of others.
He has studied with many qigong masters and practitioners of different healing modalities, and holds a certificate in Sheng Zhen Meditation.
He is also a licensed Chinese acupressure hypnosis practitioner.
He completed a year-long certificate in positive psychology studies with Tal Ben-Shahar.

After graduating from South China Normal University in 1988, she first encountered yoga.
In 1993, she came to the United States to pursue her artistic dream.
In 2008, health challenges led her to explore the meaning of life and begin practicing Kundalini Yoga.
In 2010, she completed Kundalini Yoga teacher training.
In 2011, she became a certified level-two aromatherapy therapist with Doterra essential oils.
In 2012, she completed the highest-level Reiki Master certification in Japanese Reikido.
In 2019, she completed Yin Yoga teacher training.
She is currently studying Chinese meridian theory and Youtai Chi with two teachers.
Over the years, she has explored many religious and spiritual paths, experienced countless miracles, and also witnessed much confusion within the spiritual world.
Through her own practice, she has learned how to awaken her healing energy and become the steward of her body and mind.
She brings many years of hands-on teaching experience in Kundalini Yoga, Reikido, Sound Bath, and related energy healing practices.
Her center, Art Oasis, is the first in the Chinese community of New York to promote traditional yoga and Reiki healing education, and has served many people over the past decade.
Maggie’s life goal is to be guided by conscience, allow talent to flourish, and use aligned methods to help herself and others move toward a freer life.

A gifted fine art and pottery maker as well as a yoga teacher.
Menus are created according to group preferences and budget. Guests can enjoy delicious, well-balanced vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, typically including raw salads and hot vegetable dishes. On request, we are happy to prepare unseasoned blanched or steamed meals for lunch and dinner. Gluten-free and dairy-free needs are easily accommodated, and many seasonings and oils are served on the side so guests can adjust flavors to taste. Several rooms include refrigerators, so guests are welcome to bring foods that better suit their needs if they have concerns we cannot accommodate. Please note that meal costs cannot be reduced for food allergies.
