The Connect with Heart Retreat is a gentle one-day experience for women who feel called to slow down, reconnect, and meet the healing presence of horses. Held in the peaceful setting of Epona Retreat Centre, it offers a sanctuary where you can be supported by nature, held by the herd, and guided back to your own truth.

Horses have a remarkable way of reflecting our emotions with honesty and without judgment. Through guided, ground-based interactions with no riding involved, you will be invited to explore connection, boundaries, self-awareness, and authenticity in a deeply intuitive way. Their presence helps quiet the mind and open the heart, creating space for insight, release, and renewal.

This retreat is not about learning to do more; it is about remembering how to be.

Throughout the day, you will experience:
