~For the Love of Our Ancestors~
“All Hallow’s Eve” Heart Medicine Ceremony Weekend for Ancestral Healing
November 1st–3rd, 2024
Across cultures and traditions, this season invites us to remember, honour, and celebrate those who came before us. Known by many names, including Samhain, el Dia de Los Muertos, and All Hallow’s Eve, this is a powerful threshold for reflection, ritual, and inward turning. It is also a time when prayer and presence can soften the veil between worlds, opening space for deep remembrance and connection.
During this Boundless Love Weekend, we will gather in reverence to support ancestral healing through a Heart Medicine ceremony and embodied practices that remind us life and death are not separate. Together, we will enter the mystery of this darkening season with conscious awareness, devotion, and ritual, honouring both our own lives and the lives of loved ones beyond the veil.
Over the course of the retreat, we will create a sacred altar for the dearly departed, prepare a Despacho as an offering feast for the Ancestors, and celebrate through song, dance, and ceremony. This gathering offers an opportunity for true healing around generational wounding, with the intention of clearing the past so we can consciously shape the future.
Retreat Reciprocity: $369–469 sliding scale
This includes semi-private sleeping options, Friday night dinner, Saturday snacks and dinner, and Sunday breakfast, with all meals provided as delicious organic catered vegetarian food.
The ceremony is facilitated by Robin and Darcy and held in the Kootenays.
We will begin on Friday, November 1st at 6 p.m. as we weave the ceremonial container together. Saturday, November 2nd will be a full day of Heart Medicine ceremony, and Sunday morning, November 3rd will be devoted to integration practices and a sharing circle.
After many years of offering these ceremonies, it has become clear that two nights together creates a meaningful and necessary space for rest. Many nervous systems need extra time to settle, soften, and arrive in the Medicine space with clarity and grounding. The depth of this experience makes the extra night well worth it.
All participants are asked to remain through the closing on Sunday morning. The lodge offers many semi-private sleeping spaces. If you need a private room, you may request support in connecting with offsite accommodation options.

Robin’s path into Divine Feminine wisdom began in 1999, when she was initiated into the Order of Magdalens and the Fellowship of Isis. Over the next three years, she studied closely with her mentors Sheila Richardson and Marlys Morgan, absorbing ceremonial practice, ancient teachings, and the living current of Divine Feminine wisdom. These seeds continued to deepen for two decades,...
