During this herbs weekend, you’ll be invited to explore a more intuitive and personal relationship with the plant world. The experience is designed to help you connect with the herbal woman or man within, while discovering practical techniques for entering into direct communication through ritual, meditation, and plant diets.
Over the course of the weekend, you will also create your own herbal waters, or Aqua de Florida’s, using wild blossoms and herbs. This is a hands-on, immersive retreat that blends nature connection, inner listening, and traditional plant-based practices in a warm and supportive setting.
