Step away from the pace of everyday life and into a weekend designed to restore, realign and renew. This retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect with the present moment and explore what feels possible when the noise fades away.
Over three thoughtfully curated days, you’ll move through a holistic programme that includes daily guided meditation, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, breathwork, sound healing, ceremony, cold-water immersion in the sea and onsite plunge, daily sauna sessions, and time in nature. Expect walks through the New Forest National Park, with the option of a dip in the Solent for those feeling adventurous, as well as spacious moments for rest, intention setting and decompression.
Held in a collaborative and safe environment, the retreat is designed to support reflection, clarity and forward momentum. It offers practical tools and techniques that can be carried into everyday life, helping you leave feeling restored physically, emotionally and spiritually.
This weekend also carries the energy of the New Moon and Beltane, the spring festival in the pagan Wheel of the Year, creating a powerful backdrop for reawakening vitality, setting intentions and opening to abundance. It is an invitation to listen inward, connect with your heart’s callings and make space for meaningful change.
Your time will be further nourished by beautifully prepared homemade meals from the in-house chef, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Meals are vegetarian, with vegan options available upon request, and are prepared with a focus on nutrition and wellness.

Surrounded by nature, the property includes an apple orchard and a light-filled, purpose-built yoga studio, fully equipped to support a gentle, immersive and exploratory practice.
