You are warmly invited to a women-only retreat at Hill Farm, guided by Hayley of Forest Retreats and Sam of Her Peaceful Place.
Set in a beautiful eco retreat centre with sweeping views across the Wye Valley, this weekend offers a deep immersion in nature, rest, and sisterhood. Expect a gentle blend of meditation, movement, restorative yoga, reiki, and a sacred sound circle, alongside a “connecting to spirit” workshop, a woodland walk to gather items for the altar, nourishing seasonal meals, and pure relaxation in the wood-fired hot tub and sauna.
Taking place close to Samhain, when the veil is said to thin between the physical and spiritual realms, the retreat creates space to honour this sacred turning point of the year. Together, you will explore new rituals, connect with your inner world and spirit, raise your vibration, honour your ancestors, and amplify collective energetic power.
Delicious, nourishing food is provided by Sam of Voyage to you.

Yoga supported Hayley through both mental and physical recovery, inspiring her to become a regular practitioner. With a background in prisons and a women’s refuge, she has seen firsthand how yoga can support everyone.
A busy mother of two daughters and a business owner, Hayley began attending yoga classes 13 years ago during pregnancy and after the birth of her first daughter. The benefits became especially clear following post-natal anxiety and psychosis after the birth of her second daughter.
She began leading retreats after redundancy from the charity sector during maternity leave. With a degree in tourism business management, she identified a need for retreats in the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean, which led her to complete her first yoga teacher training. She loves teaching and witnessing the positive changes it brings to students’ lives, describing her work as a bottom-up approach to healing.
