16–22 August / 23–29 August 2026 – Limited places
A full week devoted to returning to yourself.
Cantabria offers a truly magical setting, where mountains meet the sea, fern-lined paths invite slow walks, and the vivid green landscape encourages you to pause. For seven days, you will stay in a traditional Cantabrian house surrounded by meadows and just 20 minutes from the beach. Every detail is designed to help you slow down, listen to your body, and return home feeling renewed.
Our intention is to remind you that calm is not an exotic destination, but a natural state already within you. During this retreat, we will cultivate mindful presence through movement, breath, and silence, so you can experience your body as a safe sanctuary, your mind as an ally, and nature as your teacher. You will leave with simple yet powerful tools to keep that connection alive in everyday life.
This yoga retreat will include yogic cleansing practices, or Kriyas, Pranayama, practical asana sessions adapted to each participant’s level, deep meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Alongside a deeper exploration of yoga philosophy, we will also welcome Dr. Shreejit Ghadigaonkar, an Indian ayurveda doctor, who will deliver essential talks on eating habits to support physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing through translated video conference sessions in Spanish.
You will enjoy two daily Hatha Yoga classes, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each session will begin with meditation or pranayama to prepare the energy, followed by asanas whose intensity will be adjusted to the group. Alternatives will always be offered for those who prefer or need a different physical intensity.
Yoga Nidra will be a central pillar of the retreat. Each day will end with conscious relaxation, becoming true Yoga Nidra sessions for those who need them. This practice can lead you into such a deep state of relaxation that emotional, physical, and mental tension may begin to release. Chronic stress is not healthy; if left unmanaged, it can lead to illness. Here, you will learn to let go, breathe, and reprogram your future in order to live with more happiness.
We invite you to bring a diary or notebook to record your personal process. Together, we will work with our shadows, bringing light to blocks that lose their power once they are seen clearly. Through writing, reflection, and yoga practice, we will gently cleanse the body and calm the mind; when the mind is still, everything becomes clear.

Private chef
Born in Venezuela, Bhakti yogi and chef with more than 20 years of experience, Mayerling blends culinary influences into conscious vegetarian cuisine. Her approach turns food into a journey for the soul and the senses, offering flavors, textures, and colors prepared with great love.
You will stay in a family home with more than 400 years of history, far from the conventional hotel experience. This rustic house, built in the traditional Cantabrian style, is located in Barcenaciones, a beautiful village recognized as such in 2012. The house features a porch ideal for meals, a garden for relaxing, and rooms spread across three floors with shared full bathrooms.
Set in a quiet yet accessible area, it is a 20- to 25-minute drive from beaches such as Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera, and Suances, and 30 minutes from Santander. The surroundings are a natural paradise of stone houses.
