Set against the snowy backdrop of the Italian Dolomites, this winter retreat blends yoga, skiing, and sweeping alpine scenery for a refreshing balance of movement and rest.
Spend February 2026 immersed in a winter retreat that brings together skiing or snowboarding and daily yoga in the beautiful Italian Dolomites.
Yoga and snow sports complement each other beautifully: the mobility, strength, and balance developed on the mat can support a more enjoyable day on the mountain.
Accommodation is at the 4-star Hotel Saalerwirt in St. Lorenzo, where guests can take in mountain and forest views from the balcony or breakfast table. The hotel is especially appreciated for its spa facilities, including a steam room, saunas, a relaxation room, and massage and treatment spaces, as well as its Tyrolean gourmet cuisine and wine cellar. It is also only a short drive or free shuttle ride from Kronplatz, one of the top ski mountains in the Dolomites.
Each morning begins with an energizing Vinyasa Flow session designed to warm the body and focus the mind before heading out onto the slopes. In the evening, the pace softens with restorative Yin and Restorative Yoga to help release tension and support recovery after an active day.
Beginners are warmly welcomed. Every class offers different levels and options, so participants can feel supported, gently challenged, and encouraged to keep learning. It is an excellent introduction for anyone new to yoga and a strong foundation to continue practice at home.
