Advanced Essence Nature Retreat for men (4-day)

Created especially for men, this 4-day Advanced Essence Nature Retreat offers a powerful invitation to connect more deeply with yourself, with other men, with nature, and with life itself. We have found that when men meet one another in an open and honest way, the experience can be profoundly healing. During this retreat, you will be fully immersed in nature. You are welcome to camp if you wish, and if the weather permits, the entire program will take place outdoors.

The retreat combines a strong blend of Men's work, Breathwork, and a high-dose psilocybin truffles Ceremony.

Men's work focuses on:

• the sense of brotherhood and common ground that emerges when opening up in a safe environment
• creating space to work through personal challenges
• exploring meaningful themes such as childhood, shame, guilt, anger, sexuality, fatherhood, mortality, and more

This retreat is designed to support you in becoming better equipped to:

• shape your life with decisiveness, love, and passion
• take responsibility together, and learn and live fully
• meet confrontation in a respectful way
• break through inner barriers and strengthen your manifestation power
• live your full potential

Both trainers, William and Marco, bring extensive experience in Men's work as a path of personal and spiritual transformation. You will be guided through a range of practices and exercises, including body work, emotional expression, shadow work, and systemic work. These elements also provide important preparation for the high-dose psilocybin truffles Ceremony. On the day of the ceremony, two wonderful women from our Essence team will join as facilitators until the evening.

General program (30/8 – 2/9):

• Day 1: Arrival and connecting (starts 15 hour)
• Day 2: Men's work
• Day 3: Breathwork and truffle Ceremony
• Day 4: Integration (ends 13 hour)
