




Shree Yoga Nepal invites you on a meaningful journey through the Himalayas, blending yoga, meditation, trekking, travel, and rafting into one enriching experience. This 8-day retreat is designed for travelers who want to explore the natural beauty of Langtang National Park, discover diverse flora and fauna, and take in sweeping views of snow-covered peaks while also connecting with the culture and traditions of the Tibetan people.
At the heart of the journey is Gosaikunda, a pristine alpine freshwater oligotrophic lake set within Langtang National Park. Along the route, you will also encounter several sacred lakes, including Blood Kunda, Suryakunda, Saraswatikunda, Bhairavkunda, Nagkunda, and Naukunda. It is a powerful setting for those seeking both adventure and inner renewal.
This experience combines physical activity with mindfulness in a balanced way, offering yoga and meditation in peaceful natural surroundings. The guided program is suitable for different fitness levels and is created to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply connected to the landscapes around you.

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu, Nepal
Our representative will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the center. After a program briefing, you will spend the night at the yoga center.
Day 02: Drive to Dhunche [1,950m] [6-7 hrs. drive]
After breakfast, take the bus to Dhunche. The scenic drive follows winding hillside roads beside the Trishuli River, with views of the river, forests, and terraced fields.
Day 03: Dhunche to Sing Gompa [3,254m] [4-5 hrs. walk]
Enjoy tea and breakfast before trekking toward Sing Gompa. The trail climbs gently through oak and bamboo forests, passing Deurali before reaching this village, known for its monastery and religious importance. Depending on the weather, yoga will take place in the morning or evening. Overnight in a tea house.
Day 04: Sing Gompa to Gosaikunda [4,336m] [5-6 hrs. walk]
Begin with tea and breakfast, then continue through Cholangpati and Laurebina toward Gosaikunda. Yoga will be scheduled in the morning or evening depending on conditions. Overnight in a tea house.
Day 05: Gosaikunda to Ghopte [2,680m] [7-8 hrs. walk]
Start with tea and a morning yoga session, then breakfast before trekking to Lauribina Pass, the highest point of the route, with spectacular mountain views. Descend to Ghopte via a small settlement. Overnight in Ghopte.
Day 06: Ghopte to Kutumsang [2,470m] [7-8 hrs. walk]
After breakfast, follow a different route via Thadepati and continue downhill. Mangengoth is one of the notable settlements along the way. Walk through green forests before arriving in Kutumsang for the night.
Day 07: Kutumsang to Chisapani [2,200m] [6-7 hrs. walk]
After breakfast, descend through oak and rhododendron forests to Chisapani, a hill station famous for sunrise views. Overnight in Chisapani.
Day 08: Chisapani to Sundarijal and drive to Kathmandu [5-6 hrs. walk & 1 hour drive]
After breakfast, hike uphill for about 2 hours, then continue with a 3-4 hour downhill trek to Sundarijal through the dense forest of Shivapuri National Park. From there, drive back to Kathmandu, or stay one more day in Chisapani.
This tour is considered medium-hard. The level of difficulty may vary depending on age, trekking experience, physical fitness, the itinerary chosen, and the weather conditions during your journey.
