Namastrip Retreat

A gentle, peaceful retreat unfolded this week at Hameau des Cascades, guided with care by Hind. Her soothing presence and softness set the tone for five days of connection and exchange. Seven remarkable women joined her — Maude, Suzanne, Fanny, Cidalia, Amélie, Isabelle, and Philippine — each bringing her own light to create a group held by ease, kindness, and deep support.

The ocean brought powerful waves this time, along with energizing sessions with Boujxsports, plenty of movement, rinsing off, and many shared laughs and small victories. Then came the rain — a blessing for Morocco — turning one day into a Breton-style afternoon during their stay in Essaouira. Even under grey skies, smiles remained, energy kept flowing, and the mood stayed light. When the sun returned, it felt even softer.

There were tender mornings, warm afternoons, and the simple joy of being outdoors again. Massages, quiet moments, comforting meals, and long conversations shaped a retreat filled with calm, presence, and a subtle sense of joy.
