You will be supported by Lisa Burke and Elena Cordero Kiernan, two highly experienced practitioners with a combined background of over 40 years in women’s health and wellbeing.
Lisa Burke brings more than 25 years of experience as a Wellness Coach. She is a Certified Hormone Yoga Therapist, Gentle Birth trained, an EFT practitioner, and a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. As Director of Danu Yoga Centre in Dublin, she supports women in shifting patterns of stress, pain, and tension through practical tools, trauma-informed coaching, and transformative practices that encourage hormone health, balance, and vitality.
Elena Cordero Kiernan, founder of My Pilates, has over 20 years of experience teaching movement and alignment through Pilates. Her training includes functional training, injury prevention, back rehabilitation, pre- and postnatal exercise, and breast cancer exercise. She now focuses on women’s health, including pelvic health and peri-to-post menopausal wellbeing, with a commitment to helping women feel empowered, connected, and confident in their bodies.
This retreat is centered on hormonal balance and pelvic health, combining theory, body movement, Pilates, and yoga. Through shared circles, quiet reflection, nature walks, and nourishing meals, you will be invited to reconnect with your body and explore the mind-body connection in a supportive setting.
Friday evening begins with arrival, tea, snacks, gentle yoga, and meditation. Saturday includes pelvic-focused Pilates with Elena, hormone harmony practice with Lisa, free time for journaling or a riverside stroll, and an evening of candlelit meditation, Yoga Nidra, and gong bath. Sunday offers an optional silent walking meditation to the river, guided meditation, a closing brunch, and a final ceremony before departure.
