Step into a four-day immersive foundation workshop designed to introduce you to the world of Zenthai bodywork. This unique approach weaves together yoga asana, Zen Shiatsu, traditional Thai massage, and osteopathic principles, with mindfulness at its heart.
Across the training, you will learn a complete Zenthai sequence and gain practical tools for working with both structural and energetic therapy. Alongside the hands-on material, the workshop supports greater inner awareness, a more refined sense of touch, and a deeper connection to yourself, your surroundings, and others. It is both an entry point into Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork and an invitation to continue exploring the depth of this modality.
Zenthai Level 1 Training is ideal for those who are curious about or already engaged in the healing arts. It offers a way to explore a practice that brings together intuitive wisdom and insights from ancient healing traditions within a contemporary framework. Bodyworkers, movement lovers, yoga students, teachers, and anyone wishing to expand their skills and deepen their sense of embodiment are warmly welcome.
By the end of the training, you will have practical techniques to support physical, emotional, and energetic healing in yourself and others. Whether you are new to holistic practices or already experienced, this training offers meaningful space for learning, growth, and exploration.

VALENTINA
Movement has been at the center of Valentina’s life for more than 20 years, whether through dance, yoga, or simply staying closely connected to her body. That lifelong relationship led her to explore body therapies including Remedial Massage, Traditional Thai Massage, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage, and Zenthai Shiatsu. In 2023, she completed her Zenthai Shiatsu Flow training, opening the door to teaching workshops in Bali, Italy, and the UK alongside her yoga flow classes. Her work is also shaped by ancient traditions that reconnect us with nature, which she brings into daily life and ritual. This reverence for the world around us informs her teaching, and her path has not only expanded her therapeutic toolkit but also played an important role in her own healing. Above all, she values creating a safe, nurturing space, and brings that quality into everything she offers.
Valentina will be supported by her husband Joey and her friend Lou, both experienced Zenthai therapists, who will contribute to the training with hands-on support, wisdom, and a strong, uplifting presence in the space.
