




A ten-day journey through Bhutan invites you into a world of sacred monasteries, mountain trails, and quiet moments of reflection. Blending yoga, meditation, and trekking, this retreat offers a meaningful way to experience the Himalayas while staying connected to nature, culture, and inner stillness.
Across ancient paths, you will move through forests, meadows, high passes, and remote valleys, guided by local experts who know the land and its traditions. Each day begins with a yoga or meditation session, helping you arrive fully in the present before setting out on the trail. Along the way, you’ll visit monasteries, villages, and viewpoints that reveal Bhutan’s spiritual heritage and natural beauty.
From sacred temples and historic dzongs to the famous Tiger’s Nest Monastery, the route offers a balance of adventure and contemplation. You will also have the chance to connect with local communities, observe traditional craftsmanship, and enjoy meals made with fresh, local ingredients. Evenings are spent in comfortable hotels or camping tents, with time to rest, share stories, and take in the peaceful atmosphere beneath the stars.

Day 1, March 20 & 29 - Welcome to Bhutan, Paro airport. Arrival at Paro International Airport, with airport pickup between 10 and 11 a.m. After hotel check-in, the program begins with a visit to the National Museum of Bhutan, Ta Dzong, followed by Rinpung Dzong, a fine example of traditional Bhutanese architecture. In the evening, drive to Thimphu for an overnight stay.
Day 2, March 21 & 30 - Explore Thimphu Visit the National Memorial Chorten, the Buddha Statue in Kuenselphodrang, the National Institute of Zorig Chusum, the Takin Preserve, the Bhutan Post Office, and the farmers' market. Overnight in Thimphu.
Day 3, March 22 & 31 - Drive from Thimphu to Punakha, 76 km, 2 hrs, and a short hike to the Temple Travel via Dochu La at 3100 masl, with Himalayan views on a clear day. Hike through rice paddies to Chimi Lhakhang Temple, then continue to Punakha Dzong. Overnight in Punakha.
Day 4, March 23 & April 01 - Drive from Punakha to Lingmukha Village (trek starts) Distance 12 km, 6-7 hrs, ascent 948 m, descent 81 m, camp elevation 2147 masl. Trek through paddy fields and forest to Lingmukha Valley, visit Lingmukha Lakhang Temple, and camp overnight.
Day 5, March 24 & April 02 - Hike from Lingmukha Village to Semtengang Village Distance 14 km, 7-8 hrs, ascent 935 m, descent 1133 m, camp elev 1950 masl. Continue east toward Samtengang, passing forested ridges, village trails, and temples before camping overnight.
Day 6, March 25 & April 03 - Hike from Semtengang Village to Razawo Village Distance 16,24 km, 7-8 hrs, ascent 800 m, descent 855 m, camp elev 1934 masl. This isolated trail section leads through untouched nature. At Razawo, visit one of Bhutan’s oldest chortens. Overnight near the river.
Day 7, March 26 & April 04 - Hike from Razawo Village to Wangdi (trek ends) Begin with a yoga session near Eazawo camp beside the river, then drive to Wangdue. Visit Wangdue Phodrang Dzong and viewpoint, plus Rinchengang village. Overnight in Wangdue.
Day 8, March 27 & April 05 - Drive from Wangdue to Paro, 124 km, 3 hrs Return via Dochula Pass and Thimphu, with lunch in Thimphu and a stop at Gagyel Lhundrup Weaving Center. In Paro, visit Kichu Lhakhang, Bhutan’s oldest temple. Overnight in Paro.
Day 9, March 28 & April 06 - Hike to Tiger's Nest Monastery 5 km, 4-5 hrs, 900 m ascent. Trek to Paro Taktsang, with an optional additional hike to Zangdopelri for a yoga session overlooking Paro Valley. Overnight in Paro.
Day 10, March 29 & April 07 - Depart Paro After breakfast, transfer to Paro International Airport. Itinerary may change depending on weather and participant comfort.
