The experience begins by softly grounding the body and breath, helping the nervous system unwind and drawing awareness back भीतर. Ceremonial cacao is then shared to open the heart and support a state of presence, gratitude, and receptivity.
Through traditional Balinese prayer and purification ritual, the ceremony becomes a space for cleansing and renewal — a chance to release what no longer serves, restore balance, and realign the visible and invisible aspects of self. Inspired by the Balinese understanding of harmony between body, spirit, nature, and the sacred flow of life, this part of the journey prepares the energetic field for what follows.
