This Taichi and yoga retreat offers a gentle journey inward, where movement, breath, and stillness come together in a peaceful rhythm. In a world that often feels rushed, it creates space to slow down, reconnect with the body, and return to a sense of balance and inner calm.
Rooted in ancient wisdom, the practices shared here support mindfulness, healing, and a deeper awareness of the present moment. Taichi, with its slow and flowing movements, cultivates balance, intention, and energetic harmony. More than exercise, it is a moving meditation that invites you to listen to the subtle language of qi, the life force within.
Yoga adds another layer of depth through breathwork, postures, and meditation. It encourages release, clarity, and spaciousness, helping participants move beyond physical tension and mental noise. Together, Taichi and yoga create a complementary experience of mindful movement, like Yin and Yang in practice.
Held in a tranquil ecology village near Hoi An, Vietnam, this retreat takes place in a warm, family-run homestay surrounded by rice fields, the Thu Bon River, bamboo groves, and palm trees. It is a sacred pause for anyone seeking stillness, gentle energy, or simply time to breathe.
