Set in the hills above the Mediterranean, this 7-day retreat is designed for anyone who feels ready to pause, breathe, and return to themselves.
There is no pressure to arrive perfectly.

This experience is not about becoming someone new. It is about reconnecting with what has always been there beneath the noise, the expectations, and the constant doing.
Throughout the week, you will move, rest, talk, reflect, and spend time simply being. Some sessions will be more energising, though always at a pace that suits you. Others will be slower and more supportive, with a consistent invitation to meet your body where it is, not where you think it should be.

Donna Noble is an internationally recognised wellbeing coach, author, and speaker, known for her work in making yoga more inclusive, accessible, and rooted in real life.
She is the author of Teaching Body Positive Yoga and the forthcoming Demystifying Yoga, and has taught across the UK, Europe, and the US at retreats, festivals, and leading wellness platforms.
With more than a decade of teaching experience, her work continues to challenge long-held ideas about who yoga is for and what it should look like.
