ITINERARIO
Domingo / Sunday: Arrive at Managua International Airport around midday. After customs, join the group shuttle for a two-hour scenic drive to the beach resort. Orientation, dinner, and a restorative yoga class with Christine.
Lunes / Monday: Breakfast, yoga class with Christine, pool/beach/massages, lunch, time to relax by the beach, turtles depending on the day, dinner, and sunset meditation.
Martes / Tuesday: Morning yoga with Christine, breakfast, cultural tour, lunch, massages/relaxation/beach/pool, meditation, dinner, and sunset horseback ride for Group 1.
Miercoles / Wednesday: Breakfast, yoga workshop, time to relax at the beach or pool, lunch, yoga with Christine, dinner, and sunset horseback ride for Group 2.
Jueves / Thursday: Yoga with Christine, breakfast, beach/pool time, lunch, transport to Mag Rock, aerial yoga class in two groups, sunset dinner at Mag Rock*, and return to Hide & Seek Resort.
Viernes / Friday: Breakfast, yoga + workshop with Christine, lunch, yoga with Christine, closing ceremony, and farewell dinner.
Sábado / Saturday: Meditation, breakfast, morning shuttle to the airport, and departure mid-morning/day. Adiós!
Popoyo Nicaragua February 2027
Popoyo: Popoyo Beach sits on the Emerald Coast in the town of Rivas. Once seen as a hidden destination, it is now easier to reach thanks to a new road connecting the center of the country to this beautiful shoreline. With its relaxed atmosphere and recent development, this untouched gem is ready to be explored.
El Agua: Popoyo Beach is a 2–5 minute walk from the retreat center. Unlimited access to the beach, pool, sauna, and cold plunge is included in your stay. Please use caution when swimming in the ocean or pool. It is not recommended to submerge yourself in water if you do not know how to swim. The waves at Popoyo Beach are among the most beautiful and powerful on Earth. During your free time, you may choose to hire a surf instructor or rent a board at your own risk.
Respect: In appreciation of the local culture, your retreat includes a tip for the staff, many of whom call Nicaragua home and support their livelihoods at Hide & Seek. You may also choose to leave gratuity for a massage therapist, the aerial instructor, or your driver. Please listen to your guides during cultural tours, sessions, and be patient with language barriers.
Accommodations & Pricing:
Oasis Restaurant: Oasis Restaurant is a Popoyo favorite, serving nourishing dishes across a variety of styles. Guests will enjoy three meals per day, with unlimited coffee and filtered water available throughout the day. All meals are served family style and can accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions.
Flight Info: Flights to Managua, Nicaragua typically range from $500–900, with a stop in Houston or Miami if traveling from RDU. Please bring $10 in cash for a tourist visa at customs.
Transportation: After customs, a driver will be waiting for you and your group. You’ll travel together from Managua to the beach, taking in scenic Nicaragua along the way, with volcanoes, trees, and wildlife visible from the window.
Amenities:
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your space. Payments will be due according to the scheduled payment plan. Cancellations made by September 1, 2026 receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations between September 2 and October 1, 2026 receive a partial refund minus the deposit. Cancellations after October 1, 2026 are non-refundable, including missed flights, delays, early departures, late arrivals, or similar circumstances.
