Rasayana Rejuvenation is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy designed to support metabolism, vitality, and immunity. Through specific treatments, the pranic channels and marma points are gently stimulated and renewed, helping to restore balance in the pranic body—the subtle layer that nourishes the physical body through prana. In Ayurveda and Yoga, it is believed that when prana becomes depleted or blocked, disharmony may appear in the body. By clearing these obstructions and strengthening the flow, the affected area can be revitalized.
This therapy is also valued for its protective role against the effects of ageing. Ayurvedic herbs used in Rasayana treatments contain antioxidants that help guard against free radical damage, while the classical texts praise this approach for preserving youthfulness and supporting lasting vitality. To enhance the results, guests are encouraged to follow a proper diet, yoga, pranayama, meditation, lifestyle adjustments, and the calm natural environment of the ashram.
