What this retreat is about

This breathwork retreat is devoted to self-inquiry, self-awareness, and self-care. Each journey with the breath becomes a profound exploration of the self.

During this retreat, your breath opens the door to a rich and often surprising inner landscape. You may encounter soaring joy, deep emotional layers, and everything in between.

Through conscious breathing, you come into contact with what lives within you — sometimes calm, sometimes intense, sometimes unexpected. The invitation is to show up authentically and completely, and to accept yourself exactly as you are, beyond roles, social norms, and expectations. This is a space for your essential being at its core.

Together, we follow the traces of consciousness within ourselves. We open space for thoughts, memories, feelings, inner voices, and parts of ourselves that may not have had room before.

Only by exploring ourselves can we recognize our true needs and learn how to care for ourselves well.

This is not about achieving anything, but about arriving within yourself and perhaps sensing anew what it means to be fully you.

What to expect

During this breathwork retreat, we will embark on three breath journeys in total. The sessions gradually increase in length, lasting 1-2 hours each. We allow ample time after the breathwork to return gently and integrate the experience through different exercises and group sharing.

The process is supported by a carefully designed program that includes contemplative bodywork, meditation, and existential conversations in community.

The workshop begins on arrival day (day 1) at 15:00 or 16:00. On departure day (day 4), it ends around 12:00 or 13:00.

For inner spaces to truly open, a safe outer framework is essential.

The facilitation

My name is Regina. I provide a secure setting and accompany you on your journey through the breath space.

For around 30 years, I have been engaged in philosophical reflection on consciousness. My interests include philosophy, psychology, meditation, yoga, and related fields, always guided by a search for truth and answers to the existential questions of being human. My aim is to explore and understand consciousness, life, and human existence in depth.

Since 2020, I have been creating experiential spaces with great joy and dedication, shaped by this search. Here, people can move from doing into being, experience stillness, meet and question themselves, and expand their awareness. My wish is that this supports a more joyful and peaceful life, and helps contribute to a more peaceful, reconciled, and humane world.

Your retreat was a nourishing pause and an important piece of the puzzle on my journey toward myself, on the path of becoming conscious.
