Some people arrive because they want to teach. Others come because they want a pause, a reset, or a more meaningful direction. Whatever brings you here, this is a serious 25-day training designed to build real skills, not just hand out a certificate. You will be in the studio every day, learning by doing: teaching, refining, asking questions, and developing confidence through practice.
This 200-hour program follows Yoga Alliance standards, so the certificate is recognized internationally. More importantly, it is structured to help you understand yoga in a practical, embodied way. You will explore your own body and breath, learn how to guide others safely, and look beyond surface-level ideas of yoga to understand what it truly is.
Who this course is for
You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need to show up.
How the training is structured
Mornings begin with pranayama and breathing work, followed by asana practice and alignment-based learning. Mid-morning sessions focus on hands-on adjustments and refinement, with plenty of practice on one another. Afternoons are devoted to philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. In the evening, you teach real sequences to real people and receive direct feedback. By the end, you will know how to lead a class with clarity.
What you will study
What is included
If you choose an accommodation package, breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, coffee, light snacks, room, laundry service, and studio access outside scheduled hours are included.
