Brain Health Retreat is an evidence-based wellness experience designed to support and enhance cognitive health through sustainable lifestyle practices. The retreat integrates current neuroscience research with holistic modalities, offering participants practical tools to improve brain function, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
The program combines educational sessions, mindful movement, nutrition education, stress-management practices, and guided reflection, creating a comprehensive and restorative experience in a supportive group environment.

Accommodation and Logistics
Participants will be responsible for arranging their own travel to Pacific Grove. Accommodation at Asilomar Hotel & Conference Grounds will be done through a dedicated link from Asilomar

• Standard retreat registration: $2,695 USD per person for the full 5-day experience, including workshops, plant-based meals, group sessions, movement and mindfulness practices.

• Lodging is as follows directly with Asilomar:

Single private room: $330.06 nightly rate
Double shared room per person: $220.98 nightly rate

• Optional add-on Comprehensive Clinical Neurological and Cognitive Assessment Care Plan: $950 USD (in addition to retreat registration) — this clinical assessment includes a pre-retreat virtual consultation and personalized evaluation with Drs. Ayesha or Dean Sherzai, delivered as a tailored care plan for individual brain health optimization.
