More than a vacation, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to what matters most. Far from the demands and noise of everyday life, you’ll have the time and space to deepen your yoga practice, reconnect with nature, and explore your inner world in the company of a supportive community.
SETTLE.
Nestled within the surrounding jungle, each cabin provides a peaceful place to rest, reflect, and absorb everything you experience during the week. Greet the day with sunrise, enjoy quiet moments in your garden or hammock, and close each evening under the stars beside your pool.
Created to soften the boundary between comfort and nature, every detail of your space is designed to help you slow down and fully enter the experience.
EAT.
Throughout the week, you’ll be nourished with breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared with care from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Enjoy chef-crafted traditional family recipes from the restaurant, along with high-quality coffee, tea, and light snacks from the café.
With options for a range of dietary preferences and restrictions, including fully vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-conscious meals, you can relax knowing you’ll be well cared for during your stay.
PRACTICE.
Guided by Ashby Drake and Yancy Schwartz, each day begins and ends with thoughtfully led asana and pranayama sessions designed to support both strength and stillness.
Every class creates space to explore yoga with greater intention and presence. With support from your teachers, you’ll learn when to challenge yourself and when to soften, building a practice that is strong, sustainable, and deeply connected. Move with awareness of mind, body, and breath as you expand your understanding of yoga and discover new possibilities within your practice.
