Led by Tejananda, this retreat offers an embodied exploration of dhyāna (jhana), woven together with awareness of the foundations of mindfulness and the factors of awakening. Rather than approaching practice as something purely mental, participants are invited to experience it through the whole body, allowing stillness, presence, and insight to arise in a more grounded and immediate way.
At the heart of the retreat is the understanding that dhyāna is the place where insight unfolds. Through guided practice and attentive inquiry, attendees can deepen their relationship with meditation and mindfulness while discovering how concentration and clarity support awakening. The atmosphere is designed to be supportive, reflective, and spacious, creating room for both inner settling and meaningful realization.
