From 26 November to 5 December 2026, we invite you to a retreat in Talpona, one of the most peaceful beaches in South Goa. This space has been designed to help you leave the noise behind, rest deeply, and return to who you are.
Over ten days, you will enjoy yoga, pranayama, deep rest, ayurveda, massages, sauna, ice baths, yoga nidra, and sound healing, all in a beautiful, cared-for setting just steps from the sea.
A journey to soothe the body, clear the mind, and reclaim your inner space.

There are times when you keep up with your routine, meet your responsibilities, and respond to every demand, while something inside quietly tells you that you need to stop.
It is not that you are in a negative place. You are simply tired. Overloaded. With no real space left for yourself.

This retreat is not designed for rushing around Goa from one place to another.
It is designed to be experienced slowly.
To wake up near the sea. To practice yoga without pressure. To breathe more slowly. To receive an ayurvedic massage. To lie down for a yoga nidra session. To listen to a sound healing session. To walk along the beach without hurry. And to allow the body to soften out of alertness.
During these days, you will not need to organize everything, decide everything, or keep track of every detail.
We will support you from the very beginning so you can arrive with ease: helping with flight searches, travel insurance, visa guidance, and any questions that may arise before departure.
The aim is simple: to help you let go of the load even before you arrive.
The location: Talpona, South Goa
Talpona is a quiet beach in South Goa, away from the more touristy and crowded pace.
A wide, natural, and serene beach where the days move differently.
The hotel is literally a step from the sea and offers a pool, private rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a yoga studio.
It is a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming place where you can truly rest.
The surroundings are part of the experience. The sea, the light, the temperature, barefoot walks, silence, and the simplicity of the place all help the body begin to let go.
What you will experience during the retreat
Throughout the retreat, you will follow a complete self-care program designed to help you recover physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Each day includes yoga and pranayama practices suitable for all levels.
You do not need previous experience. You do not need to be flexible. You do not need to prove anything.
The practice is designed to support you, not to push you.

Guided by Silvia Schipani
The retreat will be led by Silvia, an international yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and founder of ConCalma Yoga. She has been living in India with her family for several years.
Her way of guiding combines depth, professionalism, and warmth. This is not about perfect postures or following a rigid method.
It is about practicing with presence, listening to the body, and finding a way to feel calmer, stronger, and more connected to yourself.
Silvia supports from experience, but also from care. That is why this retreat does not begin when you arrive in Goa. It begins the moment you decide to write to us.
We will help you with questions about flights, insurance, visa, travel preparation, and anything else you need to arrive with peace of mind.
Yoga, ayurveda, and deep rest
The body does not always need more intensity. Sometimes it needs to feel safe.
That is why this retreat combines practices that work from different angles: mindful movement, breathwork, deep rest, heat, cold, sound, massage, and silence.
Yoga and pranayama help you return to the body. Ayurvedic massages support the release of tension. The sauna and ice bath stimulate and revitalize. Yoga nidra invites deep rest. Sound healing creates a space for pause and listening.
We are not looking to fill your schedule. We are creating the conditions for you to rest, restore energy, and return to clarity.

We will not promise that your life will change completely in ten days.
Life will still be life.
