Set in the mystical mountains of Monchique at the time of year when the veil feels especially thin, this retreat offers a passage between the visible and the unseen — between who you have been and who you are ready to become.

It is an invitation to release outdated masks and identities, reconnect with your essence, and move into deeper embodiment and authenticity. Through movement, breath, presence, ritual, and connection, you will be guided back to what it means to live fully unveiled.

THE SETTING

Our home for the week is a sanctuary tucked into the lush forests of Monchique, Algarve — a landscape of mist-covered mountains, ancient springs, and quiet stillness. It is an ideal place to soften, surrender, and return to yourself.

PRIVATE SANCTUARY UPGRADE – +€700

For those seeking a more private space for rest and solitude, a private room can be secured. This option is also available on an instalment plan, split evenly across instalments 2 and 3.

* 7 nights of accommodation in shared or private rooms

* 3 nourishing plant-based meals per day
