Spend a week in Norway’s dramatic mountain landscape, combining daily yoga, guided hikes, and time to slow down among fjords, open views, and fresh coastal air. This retreat offers a grounded balance of movement, nature, and meaningful connection.
Overview:
Leave everyday routines behind and immerse yourself in the wild beauty of Norway. With mountains, fjords, and wide open scenery all around, this is a chance to breathe deeply, move well, and reconnect with yourself in a setting that invites calm and presence. The experience blends hiking, yoga, and authentic connection — with yourself and with others.
You do not need to be an advanced yogi or an experienced hiker to join. The emphasis is not on performance, but on how you feel.

What to expect physically
Daily hikes are approximately 5–10 km (3–6 miles), at a relaxed pace with plenty of breaks. Some days include shorter or longer options. Elevation gain ranges from 300–650 m.
These are real Norwegian mountain trails, not paved paths. You can expect rocks, roots, uneven ground, and occasional muddy sections. For locals, the routes are generally considered easy to moderate, though they may feel more demanding if you are used to flat, paved walking. The pace is mindful and unhurried, with no competition and no rush.
How you'll feel after
Most guests leave with a healthy physical tiredness — the satisfying kind that comes from being active in nature all day. Many also notice improved strength and stamina during the week.
At the same time, the mind begins to settle. If you arrive with stress or mental clutter, the combination of movement, fresh air, and mindfulness can help create more clarity and ease. A quiet sense of gratitude often emerges too, along with greater calm, focus, and connection to the present moment.
