How to support ourselves through Ayurveda during the seasons of Autumn and Winter
Ayurveda, often called the sister science of yoga, is a time-honoured system of holistic healing that has guided healthy living for thousands of years. With roots stretching back 5,000 years, it brings together the science and art of longevity, offering practical ways to care for the body, mind, and spirit. During this weekend retreat, you are invited to explore Ayurveda more deeply and discover how to support yourself through the transition from Autumn into Winter with greater balance and ease.

The yurts are well spaced to provide privacy and seclusion. Each one is luxuriously furnished with a cosy seating area and styled with sheepskins, soft Donegal tweed wool blankets, heavy 15 tog duvets, plush pillows, and crisp white linen. All offer beautiful views of the lake, mountains, and forest. There are 4 single beds available in each yurt.
