Silent retreats for quieting the mind
15 – 19 November 2026 (4 nights)
22 - 27 November 2026 (5 nights)
This silent retreat is designed for anyone wishing to deepen their spiritual practice, with the gentle intention of discovering what we truly are: the essence of peace, joy, and love.
It is less about “being silent” and more about entering into silence. Here, silence means the inner stillness that appears when the busy mind settles down — a peace that is free from cause or explanation. Like a blue sky hidden behind clouds, when the mind softens and dissolves, our true nature can emerge: luminous, conscious, infinitely calm, and quietly present.
To support this calming of the mind and the return to your expansive nature, you will be invited to keep verbal communication to a minimum throughout the retreat. Meals and walks will take place in silence, allowing you to arrive more fully in the present moment. This renewed sense of presence can transform ordinary activities into something more refined and meaningful.
Daily yoga practice, including postures and meditation, time in nature, and the peaceful setting will all support this return to presence.
Each evening, a daily Q&A session will offer space for questions, reflections, or insights that may arise.
On Wednesday, evening Satsang includes mantras with music.

The main language of the retreat is English, including yoga, meditation, and evening reflections.
For French speakers, translation support is possible. The retreat invites you to experience presence beyond words, so understanding every sentence is not necessary.
Unlike the regular yoga retreats that highlight regional gastronomy, the meals here are prepared with simplicity, in keeping with the spirit of the retreat.
You will take part in light duties such as kitchen prep and cleaning through a shared rota. Tasks are short and supported by the team.
