This retreat is an invitation to step out of the rush of everyday life and into a slower, more spacious way of being. Rather than a picture-perfect getaway, it offers a sacred pause: a chance to rest deeply, reconnect with yourself, and experience the softer side of the South of France.
Created as an act of self-love, this six-day experience is designed for women who give generously to others and are ready to be cared for in return. Here, there is no need to perform, explain, or earn your rest. You are welcomed simply as you are.
Expect quiet mornings, gentle movement, restorative yoga by candlelight, nourishing meals shared in good company, and time to unwind in beautiful surroundings. Between moments of connection and guided practices, there will be space for stillness, reflection, and unhurried sleep.
With Paula Gardner as your retreat leader, you will be held in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere throughout the experience. Her intention is to guide you back toward safety, softness, and renewed radiance, while offering tools and rituals you can carry home with you.

Yoga mats are not required unless you prefer to bring your own.
For the walks, comfortable shoes with good grip and ankle support are recommended. It is also wise to pack sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a swimsuit, and a windproof jacket or rain mac. Cash may be useful for the village, although cards are widely accepted. The water in Saint-Jeannet is high quality and safe to drink, so bottled water is not necessary.
