Learn more. When we believe everything depends on us and that we must solve every problem alone, we tighten our grip and block the natural flow, interfering with a greater Intelligence. Welcome. As we have known for some time, the calendar end of the year in the Gregorian system is not necessarily the end of the cycle of release. In fact, that is when we truly enter it. During this period, we often see everyone on social media appearing “fantastic,” while we may not feel that way at all. If that resonates, know that you are not alone.
Almost the entire month of January is an intense phase of letting go, lasting until 22 January, when Earth’s natural cycle ends and the true energetic close of the solar year begins. In this workshop, we will explore inner spaciousness, a clean beginning, and surrender to the flow of life. Everything you are still carrying has room to be offered up. After breathwork and clearing inner spaces, we return to the heart, where new clarity opens. We close with movement, dance, and a celebration of life.
