Create a strong, nurturing base for pregnancy, birth, and recovery with a care experience designed to support you every step of the way. The prenatal portion includes one 90-minute visit to discuss your birth plan and the priorities that matter most to you, along with ongoing Voxer support throughout your journey. You’ll also receive on-call support for the two weeks leading up to your due date, plus full labour and delivery support from start to finish.
Supportive healing practices such as reiki and reflexology are included, along with access to an app and pre-recorded meditations to help you stay calm and grounded. You’ll also receive the “Strong as a Motha” support care package.
Postnatally, the experience includes one postpartum visit of up to 3 hours, access to postpartum resources and PDFs, and a birth chart with an astrological reading to help you better understand your reactions to the energy around you.
