Ready to rethink the patterns that shape your days? This wellness retreat is designed to help you reset your habits, build clarity, and create more control through practical tools for lasting change.
Set on the edge of Algonquin Park and surrounded by nature, this four-day experience invites you to step away from daily distractions and focus fully on yourself. Through workshops, group activities, and one-on-one guidance, you’ll explore how habits form, why they stick, and how to replace what no longer serves you with routines that support your goals.
Inspired by the ideas of B.J. Fogg, Charles Duhigg, James Clear, and Marie Kondo, the program combines reflection with action. You’ll look at behaviour change, wellness routines, decluttering, digital wellness, the habit cycle, and the role your environment plays in shaping what you do each day. The experience is designed to help you return home with practical tools you can use long after the retreat ends.
Unplug for four days in a remote retreat center where community, nature, and intention come together. Whether your focus is health and wellness, balance, career, or joy, this is a chance to dream big, create supportive patterns, and hold yourself accountable to the life you want to build.
By checking in with your emotional state and how it connects to your current habits, you can begin to shift old patterns and create new ones rooted in your values and life goals. The intention is simple: leave feeling motivated, empowered, and equipped with a personal toolkit of daily practices.
During this 4-day, 3-night habit workshop and wellness retreat, you will:
