Do you often hold back your words, push down your feelings, or ignore creative impulses? This retreat is an invitation to begin changing that.
Over four days, we create a protected space where you can reconnect with your body, your voice, and your heart. Here, there is nothing to perform, nothing to prove, and no need to be anyone other than yourself.
This is not about being loud or standing on a stage. It is about discovering how safe it can feel to express yourself authentically.
Through embodiment, breathwork, meditation, voice, movement, dance, creative writing, and other expressive practices, you will explore playfully what is alive in you and longs to be shared. The focus is not perfection, but authenticity.
In a group of no more than 22 participants, a non-judgmental space emerges, filled with presence, connection, and honest encounter. Suppressed emotions are welcome, shame may begin to soften, and new experiences of safety, aliveness, and self-confidence can unfold.
What you can expect
Throughout the four days, we will be nourished at Finkenwerder Hof with delicious vegetarian and vegan full board meals.
Arrival: Thursday, December 3, 2026, between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm.
Departure: Sunday, December 6, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
