A women’s yoga and life coaching retreat in Southern Spain with Emily Roberti and Sophie Partridge

Set in a beautiful, luxurious finca in the mountains of Andalusia, this transformational women’s retreat offers space to step away from everyday demands and distractions and come back to what truly matters.

Take time for deep rest, meaningful reconnection and concentrated self-care in the support of Emily and Sophie, alongside other like-minded women. This is an opportunity to nurture body and soul, connect with your inner guidance, and receive the wisdom your true nature has to offer.

Picture slow days in the sun, time by the infinity pool with sweeping mountain views, delicious healthy meals prepared with care, grounding yoga practices, and moments to reconnect with your dreams and inspiration. There will also be space to relax with a book, enjoy the peaceful terraces, make new friends, and share good company beneath the stars.

What to expect

Emily Roberti, an experienced yoga teacher, will lead a balanced programme of twice-daily yoga, meditation and breathwork. Mornings will be uplifting and dynamic to help move energy and reduce stagnation, while evenings will feature restorative and yin yoga, along with guided relaxation and yoga nidra to support the nervous system.

Sophie Partridge, a master life coach and experienced tarot reader, will guide workshops designed to help you notice the messages of your own inner wisdom. Through guided journeys, practical tools, reflection, sharing and journaling, she will hold space for you within a supportive circle of women. Each participant will also receive one one-to-one coaching session or tarot reading with Sophie during the week.

Throughout the retreat, Benjamin from La Pachamama Organic Kitchen will serve delicious plant-based food, with some meat options available. You are in for a treat.

By the end of the week, you can expect to feel rooted, revitalised and inspired, with greater clarity about your direction and practical tools to help you stay aligned.

Please note there will be one morning off yoga for hiking or exploring the local towns, and on some days the group coaching will take place in the evening instead of 12pm.

Venue

Finca Avedin is a warm and luxurious finca surrounded by cork forest, olive groves and almond trees. With an extensive garden, a large courtyard and a stunning infinity pool overlooking the Andalusian mountains, it has been lovingly restored with great attention to detail.

The house offers many places to unwind, whether you prefer to be social or enjoy quiet time alone. There are terraces, a spacious living room, an outdoor dining area, an indoor yoga and group room, and an outdoor practice space beside the pool.

The bedrooms are bright and airy, with some offering private terraces. Most are spacious twin rooms, and there are also two rooms for guests seeking more privacy and comfort. Rooms include ceiling fans, high-quality linen, soft towels, organic toiletries and hairdryers. Most bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Finca Avedin is a 15 minute walk from Gaucín, a charming whitewashed mountain village with spectacular views toward the Mediterranean.

To book or ask a question, please email Emily with your room preference, subject to availability. A deposit of £500 per person is required to confirm your space, with the balance due 8 weeks before the retreat. If booking after that date, full payment is required.

All payments are non-refundable, so we recommend arranging travel insurance in case you need to cancel at short notice.

Their work complements one another beautifully, bringing together nourishment for the body and a deeper homecoming to self. Sophie supports people in aligning with their inner guidance so life can feel more creative, elegant and vital. She coaches people through transitions and helps them move towards their dreams and goals with safety, challenge and accountability.

Nourishment

Food is central to this retreat. Benjamin from La Pachamama Organic Kitchen will prepare a vibrant plant-based menu with meat and fish options. Brunch, nourishing snacks and dinner will be served each day, offering both flavour and visual delight while helping you feel your best.
