This retreat blends proven nervous system support with playful, meaningful experiences that invite both calm and joy. You’ll learn from Shannon Jamail, ranch owner and therapist-turned-mentor, during her stress reduction workshop. You’ll laugh through group games, find grounding in equine meditation, and reconnect with your creative side through hands-on activities.

There is also time for a Fredericksburg day trip, stargazing, and a final evening of line dancing. Whether you are soaking in the dipping pool, journaling along the meditation path, or wrapped in a blanket watching the sunset, this is a place where your nervous system can finally relax.

Yoga, Meditation & Time to Unwind

Meals

You’ll be nourished with hearty, Texas-inspired meals prepared by Chef Jess Ragland. Each menu is designed to support the retreat rhythm and bring everyone together around the table in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Water, coffee, tea, and infused beverages are available throughout the day, and two glasses of wine are included with dinner for those who wish. One lunch during the Fredericksburg outing is on your own.
