After arrival in the morning, there is space to settle in and enjoy the setting before a shared Ayurvedic lunch, afternoon tea, and a guided wellbeing activity such as a cooking class or village walk. Later in the day, Buddhist chanting in the yoga hall leads into an evening yoga and meditation session designed to bring calm and clarity.
