RETREAT FLOW

Friday August 14:
Arrival begins in the afternoon from 2:00 PM onward. We will gather at 4:30 PM for the opening circle and an initial group practice to fully arrive into the space and the weekend. After dinner, we will share a gentle Nidra before resting for the night.

Saturday August 15:
The full retreat day begins softly with an outdoor breath practice before coffee. Afterward, enjoy a light breakfast with tea, coffee, and a small snack. The morning continues with a two-hour immersive practice or workshop. We will then share lunch and some free time before heading into nature for a hike, with a few surprises along the way. In the evening, we return for dinner and close the day with Nidra, offering a moment for connection and integration.

Sunday August 16:
Our final day opens with another outdoor breath practice, followed by breakfast. A last workshop or group yoga practice will carry us through the morning before lunch. Afterward, we gather one final time in a closing circle to complete the retreat and share our last moments together before departure.
