This retreat offers a complete journey, from preparation through integration. It includes two guided psilocybin sessions, daily on-site support, meals, luxury accommodation, and excursions. Before departure, you’ll also take part in a short preparation call, followed by a group follow-up call once you return home.

Prepare

Before you travel, you’ll meet with the facilitators in a virtual session. This is a space to discuss your intentions, health background, and what to expect throughout the week.

Retreat

In Negril, Jamaica, at a beach resort, you’ll spend six days with the team on site. The program includes two guided psilocybin sessions, along with daily check-ins and dedicated time for rest.

Integrate

After returning home, you’ll join virtual group sessions with a facilitator. Together, you’ll reflect on your experience and create simple next steps to support your integration.
