Set in the heart of the jungle, this 5-day, 4-night retreat is designed to help you step away from stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect with nature. It offers a supportive space to deepen your yoga practice, begin meditation, and experience singing bowl sound healing for profound relaxation and healing.

Throughout the retreat, you will be guided by a local Thai teacher and introduced to yoga, Thai/Buddhist meditation, and eastern philosophy in a peaceful natural setting. This program is ideal if you want to reduce anxiety, support your body, and create more clarity and focus. It may also be helpful for those dealing with lower back pain, shoulder pain, insomnia, or difficulty concentrating.

The retreat includes a mix of yoga, silence meditation, Thai/Buddhist meditation theory and practice, and sound healing sessions. You will also have time to rest, reflect, and enjoy the surrounding jungle atmosphere, with the sound and scent of nature as part of the experience.

Daily program

Day 1: Check in at Morning Mist Resort between 14.00–17.00, transfer from the village pick-up point at 17.30, sunset yoga and singing bowl sound healing from 18.00–19.30, evening free time at 20.00.
Day 2: Morning transfer, yoga from 08.30–09.30, silence meditation from 09.30–10.00, private singing bowl sound healing from 10.30–11.30, free time, then sunset yoga and sound healing in the evening.
Day 3: Yoga from 08.30–09.30, silence meditation from 10.00–10.30, free time, Thai/Buddhist meditation theory and practice from 13.15–15.00, and sunset yoga with sound healing in the evening.
Day 4: Yoga and meditation in the morning, followed by river fun with tubing or canoeing depending on weather, then sunset yoga and singing bowl sound healing.
Day 5: Morning yoga and silence meditation, return to the resort at 10.30, and check out at 12.00.

You will stay at Morning Mist Resort, a local property in the center of Klong Sok village, with shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The resort offers cosy, simply furnished bungalows with balconies, mosquito nets, fans, en-suite bathrooms, and garden-view air-conditioned room types with refrigerator and kettle. Guests can also enjoy the pool, the river access, on-site restaurant, and free Wi-Fi in public areas. Khao Sok National Park is 600 meters away, and Khaosok Yoga is 2.8 km from the resort. The drive from Surat Thani Airport and Surat Thani City Centre takes about 1.5 hours.

This retreat is suitable for both first-time yoga participants and regular practitioners who want to turn inward, quiet the mind, and support healing. It is not designed for those seeking a social, entertainment-focused experience.

Retreat dates include 14–18 September 2026, along with additional limited-room dates from May to October 2026. Early booking is recommended, especially for July and August 2026, when accommodation can be difficult to secure at short notice.

Free pick-up and drop-off are arranged at the village meeting point, Nong Saw Thai Food, 300 meters from Morning Mist Resort. Once your room is confirmed, payment for your accommodation spot will be arranged.
