From 21 to 27 February 2027, you are invited to Koh Lon, an exclusive island just off the coast of Phuket. Surrounded by palm trees and the turquoise sea, you will stay at the beautiful Vikasa Evolution Retreat, a peaceful haven designed for rest, renewal, and presence.

Each day begins with sunrise yoga and unfolds at a gentle, natural pace, ending with deep relaxation beneath the stars. This retreat offers space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself in a warm and supportive environment.

Throughout the week, yoga, breathwork, and inner work are woven together with the calm beauty of island life. Your rhythm is simple and nourishing:

Retreat program

Day 1 – Arrival & welcome

Arrive on Koh Lon, check in, and settle into the island atmosphere. The retreat opens with a welcome circle and a sunset dinner.

Day 2 – Relaxation & deepening

Start the day with sunrise Kundalini yoga, followed by brunch. The afternoon is free for snorkeling or beach time, and the evening brings yin yoga and meditation.

Day 3 – Personal growth

After the morning practice, head out for a waterfall hike on Phuket. In the evening, meditation and Kundalini breathwork support reflection and inner work.

Day 4 – Integration & self-love

The morning begins with a breathwork session. The afternoon is open for a spa visit or excursions, and the day ends with Kundalini yoga and meditation.

Day 5 – Flow & release

Enjoy beach yoga before setting out for island hopping and snorkeling among tropical islands.

Day 6 – Create abundance

Begin with morning breathwork and enjoy free time during the day. In the evening, come together for yoga and meditation.

Day 7 – Connection with nature

Practice Q Flow yoga and explore the mangroves and sea caves by kayak. The retreat closes with a final circle.
