This special family retreat at the Ashram brings yoga and shared time together in a peaceful natural setting. Enjoy the quiet surroundings, have fun with your loved ones, and support both body and mind through daily asana classes and spiritual courses. The Family Week follows an adapted Ashram schedule designed to meet family needs. Qualified staff will guide yoga asana classes tailored to children’s practice and introduce a meditation practice that the whole family can join. Family accommodation is available in four-bed cabins, though space is limited. If you prefer to stay closer to nature, you are welcome to bring a tent.

Daily Schedule

6am satsang (optional for kids)
8am asana class (separate class for kids and parents)
10am brunch
11am karma yoga
1pm snack
2pm workshop
4pm family time: read, write diary, walk….
6pm dinner
7:30pm satsang all together

Children must be accompanied by a parent during program sessions.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival: The course begins on the first date with Ashram orientation at 7pm, followed by satsang at 8pm.

Departure: The course ends on the final date at 1pm or after the final workshop.

We encourage you to arrive by 4pm on the first day so you can make the most of the afternoon by joining the asana class and dinner. You are also welcome and encouraged to extend your stay for any length of time before or after the course. Please indicate your preferred arrival and departure dates on your registration form.
