In collaboration with Vietnam Detox, Legacy Yen Tu presents a distinctive detox program that combines the sacred atmosphere of Yen Tu Mountain with the science-based Buchinger fasting method from Germany. The retreat is designed not only for relaxation, but also to renew energy and support better health.

This holistic detox experience brings together physical, mental, and nutritional practices to help participants reach their best possible state of well-being.
